Yes. The Machines module tracks each machine (jukebox, pool table, ATM, vending unit, etc.) with its serial number, status, the date it was placed, and which venue it's at now. You can filter by venue or machine type. Collection runs are tied to the machine and venue so your records stay accurate.
How do I log a cash collection run in Engine?+
Open Today's route on your phone and start a run. Add each venue as you reach it and enter the cash collected per machine. Engine tallies the total, applies that venue's split percentage, and logs the run. Records are complete before you leave the parking lot.
Does Engine work for ATM route operators?+
Yes. An ATM is tracked like any other machine: serial number, venue, status, and the amount you log for it on each run. A venue can have its own split for ATMs, separate from its other machines. Dedicated ATM processor integration is on the roadmap.
